Do aquarius people believe in saving money for things they want? Or are they just cheap?

im an aquarius (i think) and i have been saving up money for a loooong time (well not that long im only 11) and my mom said lets use it to buy a wii (cuz im like the only one i know who doesnt have a wii) but im like no i wanna keep my money. i feel like ive worked so hard for it and i dont want to use it away on a wii (although that was my plan....) and wenever my brother and sister get money they just use it up right away and i save it and never spend it... EVER. ive had like $100 just sitting around for like a year
