Would Israelis and Palestinians agree to this solution for peace for both?

Israel is too powerful and too greedy to give any land back; Rabin was killed in 1996 for almost achieving it; and who do Israelis vote to ruin any peace plan Netanyahu (Twice) he is fanatic right wing likud extremists who would rather see his wife raped then give back land they stole.
