so i have been trying to lose weight. so today in the morning i weighed myself at 236lbs, im a male 6"0. for breakfest i had fruitloops, then lunch a 6 inch meatball sub from subway with chocolate milk. then for dinner i had a cheeseburger with fries. ANd i have a pain in my stomach, not sure if its bloating or from the milk. anyway i just weighed myself and it said 239lbs. my question to you is will it go back down to 236lbs in the morning or did i eat to much. btw i did an hour and a half of cardio.
