Why do some people act like having no will power is a disease?

example----------------im watching a show about obese ppl who act like its some disease, and while some1 is talking about it and crying, she is eating a cheeseburger from mcdonalds, i say if ur not gonna do anything to change, then dont complain that ur neck looks like it has a boob hanging from it
