im 16 and im on the speical k diet eating the 90 cal bars for breakfest and lunch im a boy use to weigh 240 and now im 182 i read on the box tht u eat the speical k stuff for ur first two meals dinner eat anything and snack i have the weat speaical k crakers it worked for me and im still useing it it may be more filling than a carroit..and sometime si *** up to but when i do i start over telling myself tht was stupid and im gonna work hard tomm etc
