Can not eating for 3 or more days affect your heart and cause other health issues?

am a diabetic on insulin to control high levels I also have a enlarged heart and recently had a positive stress test and two catherizations I take 3x daily beta blockers and take on occasion nitro.I recently ran into a money issue and can not buy,or barrow,or beg for any food nor can I barrow money I know no one,I have nothing to sell or pawn,.Literally I can not do anything about food for five more days and I'm scared with my health issues. I've tried everything you can think of to get some food DHS, food banks,churches etc no luck.In the past 5 days I have ate once a dollar McDonald's cheeseburger that's all. I haven't drank much water because with no food in my stomach the water comes right out and I have hemorrhoids that gets very irritated/bleed with allot of going.What kind of issues can not eating possibly cause me,my heart ETC? What are some signs I can watch for that I should watch for that I'd need to go to the er?It's going to be another five days before I have money to buy food.My diabetes with out food is crazy my numbers go up first then they start getting a little low but has never got under 80 even on 28 units of lantus 1xdaily these last 5 days without food.Please serious answers only.I need to know what are dangerous signs to watch for with my health problems and what are some possible health affects that not eating can cause me with my health issues when there is absolutely no way to fix my situation for 5 more days.
