Can someone please explain to me why my heart was beating so hard after being heartbroken?

There's not a good way to explain why exactly that happens, but it does, and it's normal. I believe the main emotions behind that would be jealousy and anger. idk I'm not good at saying why...but it happens, and it sucks:-/
