Im 12 5'4 and 127 lbs am i healthy?
Ok i recently got sick and lost nearly 10 lbs and i have been keeping my weight like that i wake up at 10 and for breakfast i drink a cup of coffee with 2 splendas or i skip breakfast, at 12:00 i eat 2 empanadillas with cheese and for dessert i eat a little bit of diet triple chocolate edy's ice cream with a little bit of nesquik chocolate syrup on top or a swiss miss triple chocolate pudding and at 7:00 i usually eat scrambled eggs and when im on my grandparents house for breakfast i drink a cup of coffee with two splenda's and for lunch i have 3 choices (grilled cheese, an instant angus cheeseburger 450 calories, or scrambled eggs) and the same for dinner, i don't exercise that often and when i do so, i do 30 exercise ball crunches i want to get to atleast 120 lbs can you give some tips or advice on how to be healthier and lose those 7 lbs before late July? Thanks!!!!
