Is this a healthy diet to loose some weight.?

i had a baby a few months ago, and i need to loose about 25lbs...before this week i was drinking 3 or 4 cokes aday...eating a croissant with cheese for breakfast. Cookies...chips for snacks and then cheeseburgers for lunch then meat and veggies for dinner....i somehow was not gaining weight...but i sure was not loosing it. Well starting this week, i only drink water. For breakfast i have either a smoothie or cherrios with skim milk...then a snack like yogert or healthy granola bar...then for lunch a wheat pita wrap with turkey in it..no cheese..then another healthy snack, and then a normal dinner...usually some meat with 2 veggies......how does that sound, and how much weight will i will able to drop?
