Whats a healthier way to season Cheeseburgers/Hamburgers?

Mrs. Dash makes a wide variety of sodium free seasonings. Look for them in the spice aisle. A side note to your salad...make sure you're not using creamy salad dressings, cheese, bacon bits, croutons, etc which are all high in fat and calories. You may be eating more calories than your fries! Also, try to use romaine lettuce or other types of leafy greens as opposed to iceberg lettuce. They offer more nutritional value.
